focus-ratings-mornoing newsGood morning...

With only one win from three races, our Diamonds and Gold selections didn't do so well for us yesterday.

However, for the normal ratings as well, it was a reasonable day.

There were 18 rated races yesterday.

In 4 of those races, the top rated horse was a non-runner.

From the remaining 14 races, 3 were won by a top rated horse.

This equates to a strike rate of 21.43%

38 points (to ISP) were returned to the 14 points staked.

This equates to a POI (Profit on Investment) of 171.43%

Of course, this was largely helped by Totterdown, our 25/1 (31.21 BSP) winner, in the 14:55 at Sandown.

Diamonds and Gold

Navan - 13:05 - Make my Heart Fly - 5th

Facebook

I am trying to make friends outside of Facebook while applying the same principles.

Therefore, every day I walk down the street and tell passers-by what I have eaten, how I feel at the moment, what I have done the night before, what I will do later and with whom.

I give them pictures of my family, my dog and of me gardening, taking things apart in the garage, watering the lawn, standing in front of landmarks, driving around town, having lunch and doing what anybody and everybody does everyday.

I also listen to their conversations, give them the "thumbs up" and tell them I like them.

And it works just like Facebook! I already have four people following me:

Two police officers, a private investigator and a psychiatrist.

Have a great day's racing!

As always...

My kindest regards
