Firstly...
I'd like to apologise for the slight lack of a Morning News post for the last few days.
I've been suffering from some medical issues for the last 3 weeks and,
As a result,
Haven't been sleeping very well.
I was down to 2 hours a night and it all sort of caught up with me.
I've had a technician come out twice to check my CPAP machine (he replaced it with a new one on the last visit) but it was fine so...
I have had to give in and get some medication.
It seems to have worked as, last night, I slept for a whole 4 hours and, as a result, feel so bright and breezy that I think that I could swim the channel, run a marathon and climb Everest...
All in the same day.
I really don't like taking medication but it seems to have worked.
