Good morning...
Just to let you know...
Later on this morning,
I will be sending out an email explaining how to create your own ratings.
Intelligent Betting is the result of a long term collaboration between Roy (a Focus Ratings member) and me.
Now, I don't expect you to cancel your subscription to Focus Ratings and use the Really Simple Ratings as...
Focus Ratings are far more accurate.
But I thought that it would be nice to share the way that I think about horse racing and horse racing ratings in particular.
Anyway, I just wanted to let you know in case you receive the mail out email.

Something to make you smile...
Charity
A local charity office realized that the organization had never received a donation from the town's most successful lawyer. The person in charge of contributions called him to persuade him to contribute.
"Our research shows that out of a yearly income of at least $500,000, you give not a penny to charity. Wouldn't you like to give back to the community in some way?"
The lawyer mulled this over for a moment and replied, "First, did your research also show that my mother is dying after a long illness, and has medical bills that are several times her annual income?"
Embarrassed, the charity rep mumbled, "Um ... no."
The lawyer interrupts, "or that my brother, a disabled veteran, is blind and confined to a wheelchair?"
The stricken United Way rep began to stammer out an apology, but was interrupted again.
"or that my sister's husband died in a traffic accident," the lawyer's voice rising in indignation, "leaving her penniless with three children?!"
The humiliated charity rep, completely beaten, said simply, "I had no idea..."
On a roll, the lawyer cut him off once again, "So if I don't give any money to them, why should I give any to you?"
High Tech
Three men - an American, a Japanese and an Irishman - were sitting naked in a sauna.
Suddenly there was a beeping sound. The American pressed his forearm and the beep stopped. The others looked at him questioningly.
"That was my pager," he said. "I have a microchip under the skin of my arm."
A few minutes later a phone rang.
The Japanese fellow lifted his palm to his ear. When he finished, he explained, "That was my mobile phone. I have a microchip in my hand."
The Irishman felt decidedly low tech and, not wanting to be outdone, he decided he had to do something just as impressive. He stepped out of the sauna and went to the bathroom. He returned with a piece of toilet paper hanging from his behind. The others raised their eyebrows and stared at him.
The Irishman finally said, "Well, will you look at that. I'm getting a fax."
Today
Whatever you are up to today...
Stay safe and healthy.
As always...
My kindest regards
