focus-ratings-mornoing newsGood morning...

Overall...

Not such a wonderful day but,

It does seem that the racing is settling down and getting back to normal.

It was nice to see Irish racing after all this time.

Looking forward...

The racing for the rest of the week seems to compare pretty well to the racing this time last year.

Focus Ratings

focusAnother interesting day.

Although the overall strike rate wasn't so good...

Weirdly enough, had you decided to back every top three rated horse (not something that I would advise) you would have made a profit of 12.5%

Spotlight Ratings

spotlight-ratings

I have had a good look around but..

There are no Spotlight Ratings for today.

I am very selective in choosing the races for Spotlight Ratings.

They need to be Group, Graded or Listed races.

It's a bit early for me to see if there are any for tomorrow.

Ante Post Ratings

27e164c0767bb5fcf74c98f871ba8524--gold-chains-operaLater this week I shall be rating (well in advance) any decent races that need to be rated as part of my Ante Post Ratings service.

Obviously, you as Focus Ratings members will get access to these ratings for free.

Now, I anticipate that I should be able to produce Ante Post Ratings for all big race entries about month before the race.

I'll be updating you early next week on how to access Ante Post Ratings.

Place Profits

There was one Place Profits selection yesterday.

Lingfield - 18:20 - Good Earth - 2nd (1.53 BSP Place)

Although it came second...

Obviously, that was a win for us.

This makes it 4 wins and 6 seconds from the last 11 races (taking the 2 non-runners into account.)

Something to make you smile...

Bush and Blair planning World War III

President Bush and Tony Blair are sitting in a bar when a fellow walks in and asks the bartender, "Isn't that Bush and Blair sitting over there?"

The barman says, "Yep, that's them."

So he walks over and says, "Wow, this is a real honor. What are you guys doing in here?"

Bush says, "We're planning World War III."

"Really? What's going to happen?"

Bush says, "Well, we're going to kill 140 million Iraqis and one blonde with big tits."

The guy exclaimed, "A blonde with big tits? Why kill a blonde with big tits?"

Bush turns to Blair, punches him on the shoulder and says, "See, smart ass? I told you no one would worry about the 140 million Iraqis."

Kidnapped

A man is driving his car when he's trapped in a traffic jam. Suddenly, someone is knocking at his window. He lowers the window and asks:

"What's up?"

"Terrorists have kidnapped President Trump! They're demanding 10 million dollars, otherwise they will soak him with gasoline and set him on fire!"

"Holy crap!" responds the man in the car.

"Yeah, I know!" the other man responds. "we're going from car to car, collecting for him."

"How much are people donating, on average?"

"Oh... about five gallons."
